At ViteBeauty, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality beauty care and rejuvenation services. Below are the details of our refund and cancellation policy:

1. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering exceptional service and products. However, refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Service Refunds:
  Refunds for services are not typically offered unless there is a valid concern regarding the quality or delivery of the service.
• Product Refunds:
  Products purchased from ViteBeauty are eligible for a refund if:
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and is returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Refund Process:
  Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes may occur. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Service Appointments:
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
• Package Subscriptions:
  Cancellation of subscriptions is allowed within the first 7 days of purchase. Services already utilized will be deducted from the refund.
• Product Orders:
  Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
